Great Hair’s Clip-In Extensions are designed for those who desire a quick and easy transformation. These extensions are made from 100% Remy human hair, providing a natural look and feel. With easy-to-use clips, you can add length, volume, and style to your hair in minutes. Enjoy the flexibility to switch up your look whenever you want, without compromising on quality.

Before You Begin:

  • Ensure your hair is clean, dry, and free of tangles.
  • Have a mirror, a comfortable workspace, and all the necessary tools and extensions ready.

Tools and Materials Needed:

  • Clip-in hair extensions
  • Hairbrush or comb
  • Sectioning clips (optional)
  • Hair ties (optional)
  • Hair spray (optional)
  1. Prepare Your Hair: Brush your hair thoroughly to remove tangles and knots. Decide where you want to place the clip-in extensions. Common placements include the sides, back, and crown of the head. Section Off Hair: Use sectioning clips to separate a thin horizontal layer of your natural hair at the nape of your neck. This section will be the first to which you’ll attach the extensions.
  2. Prepare the Extensions: Open the clips on the clip-in extensions. If the extensions come in different widths or pieces, organize them according to where you’ll place them on your head.
  3. Attach the Extensions: Starting with the bottom section, lift up a small section of your natural hair. Open the clip on the extension and position it as close to the roots of your natural hair as possible. Snap the clip closed to secure the extension in place. Make sure it’s comfortable but secure.
  4. Release and Blend: Let down the section of your natural hair that was clipped up. Use your fingers or a comb to blend your natural hair with the extension hair for a seamless look.
  5. Continue Layering: Repeat steps 2 to 5, working your way upwards and adding layers of extensions as desired. Attach wider wefts at the back and sides for volume, and narrower wefts at the top for blending and length.
  6. Blend and Style: Once all extensions are attached, comb through your hair to blend the extension hair with your natural hair. Style your hair using heat tools, but be cautious around the clips to avoid weakening their grip.
  7. Optional: Apply Hair Spray: To set your hairstyle and add a bit of hold, you can apply a light mist of hairspray over your hair and the extensions.
  8. Removal: To remove clip-in extensions, open the clips and gently slide them out of your hair. Store the extensions in a safe and dry place when not in use to maintain their quality. Clip-in hair extensions are a temporary way to change your look without the commitment of more permanent methods. Always follow any care instructions provided by the manufacturer and be mindful not to wear clip-ins for extended periods to avoid strain on your natural hair.

Hair Extension Care Instructions

Congratulations on your new hair extensions! To ensure they stay beautiful and last as long as possible, follow these care instructions:

Brush Gently: Use a soft-bristle brush or a loop brush specifically designed for hair extensions. Start from the bottom and work your way up to prevent tangling and minimize shedding.

Wash with Care: Wash your hair extensions only when necessary, typically every 7-14 days, depending on usage. Use a mild shampoo and lukewarm water. Avoid scrubbing vigorously or twisting the extensions.

Condition Regularly: Apply a lightweight conditioner to the mid-lengths and ends of your extensions after shampooing. Avoid the roots to prevent loosening of the bonds or clips. Rinse thoroughly.

Air Dry: Allow your extensions to air dry whenever possible. If using heat styling tools, use a heat protectant spray and set the temperature to a lower setting to prevent damage.

Avoid Overstyling: Limit the use of heat styling tools such as straighteners, curling irons, and blow dryers. Excessive heat can cause dryness, breakage, and premature shedding.

Protect at Night: Before bedtime, loosely braid your hair or tie it in a low ponytail to prevent tangling while you sleep. Consider using a silk or satin pillowcase to minimize friction.

Swimming and Exercise: Before swimming, apply a leave-in conditioner to protect your extensions from chlorine or saltwater damage. After swimming or sweating, rinse your hair thoroughly and apply conditioner as needed.

Storage: When not in use, store your hair extensions in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep them in a protective case or box to prevent tangling and dust buildup.

Professional Maintenance: Schedule regular maintenance appointments with your hairstylist to ensure proper care and upkeep of your extensions. They can trim any split ends, adjust the bonds, or reapply tape or clips as needed.

Following these care instructions will help maintain the quality and longevity of your hair extensions, keeping them looking gorgeous and natural for months to come! If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.

  1. How long do you take to make it?

For orders that require production, the average production time varies depending on the type and quantity of the items. On average, it takes around 7-10 days for production.

  2. How do you ship to me?

"I will ship to you by DHL/UPS/FedEx/EMS. Besides, If you have your shipping agency, I will ship to your agency, then they will ship to you)"

  3. How long does it take to ship? When will i receive hair?

"After receiving your payment we will prepare the hair to ship. When it’s ready, I will ship it immediately and it can take 3 -5 days to ship. It takes about 2-4 days to ship to Euro, Russia, Australia, American and about 4-5 days ship to Africa."

  4. What does double drawn and super double mean?

Our double drawn range means thick and voluptuous hair from top to bottom. This is in contrast to the natural ends like our own hair has, which may be thinner towards the bottom.

  5. My Great hair is shedding. What should i do?

Some shedding is normal within the first couple wears, just like your own hair! But if you feel your hair are shedding excessively, please feel free to contact us.

  6. how do i track my package?

You will be emailed a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number to track the shipment of your package. In some circumstances, this tracking number is not a step by step tracking rather a delivery confirmation.

  7. How long will last hair?

The lifespan of Great Hair is anywhere from 6 - 12 months, depending on their usage and how they are cared for and maintained.

  8. Can hair be dyed?

"""Our extensions consist entirely of 100% human hair that has undergone a unique dyeing process. While our products are designed to accommodate color application, we highly recommend seeking the advice of a skilled and experienced colorist. It's important to note that dyeing could potentially impact the longevity of your Great Hair extensions and could result in damage if not executed correctly. We also strongly advise against attempting any form of lightening or using bleaching agents. For our Balayage or Ombre sets, we must emphasize that dyeing is not recommended. These particular sets have undergone multiple processing stages, which makes them less suitable for dye application. Due to their extensive processing history, these sets do not respond well to dyeing attempts."""

  9. HOW DO I WASH MY EXTENSIONS?

The best way to wash your extensions is by gathering all the hair strands together into one ponytail. Then run the ponytail under lukewarm water. Squirt a nickel size worth of shampoo into your palm and lather into hair. If needed, rinse and repeat until the shampoo begins to lather. Next, apply conditioner combing it through the hair using a wide tooth comb to distribute the product evenly and rinse again. Finally, we recommend letting your extensions air dry by using a hanger. The picture below will show you what your hair extensions should look like after they dry. We recommend the Daily Duo-Pure Care Shampoo & Conditioner for Human Hair by BeautiMark, and Cleansing Duo-Shampoo and Conditioner for Synthetic Hair by BeautiMark.

  10. WHEN SHOULD I WASH MY HAIR EXTENSIONS

We recommend washing your hair extensions every 6-8 wears using the appropriate product for synthetic or human hair. Extensions don’t accumulate oils the way our natural hair does so washing it more often than this can weather the fibers and damage your extensions.
