1.Before You Begin:
Ensure your hair is clean, dry, and free of any styling products.
Have a mirror, a comfortable workspace, and all the necessary tools ready.
Keratin hair extensions should ideally be applied by a professional hairstylist for the best results, but if you’re attempting it at home, proceed with caution.

Tools and Materials Needed:
+Keratin hair extensions
+Extension application machine or fusion heat tool
+Sectioning clips
+Hair comb
+Heat protectant spray (if using heat tool)
+Keratin bond remover (for future removal)
+Flat iron (if needed)

2.Prep Your Hair:
Brush your hair thoroughly to remove tangles and knots.
Part your hair where you want to start applying the extensions. It’s often best to start at the nape of your neck and work your way upwards.

3.Prepare Extensions:
If your extensions are not pre-tipped, prepare the keratin adhesive by melting it with the extension application machine or fusion heat tool.
The melted adhesive should form a small, rounded tip at the end of each extension strand.

4.Section Off Hair:
Use sectioning clips to separate a thin horizontal layer of your natural hair at the nape of your neck. This will be the first section to which you’ll attach the extensions.

5.Attach the Extensions:
Take an extension strand with the melted adhesive tip and place it under the section of your natural hair.
Use the extension application machine or fusion heat tool to gently press the melted adhesive against your natural hair, bonding them together.
Hold the bond for a few seconds to allow it to cool and solidify. Be careful not to press too hard or for too long, as excess heat can damage your hair.

6.Repeat the Process:
Continue working in small sections, moving upwards towards the crown of your head.
Ensure you maintain consistent spacing between the extensions and avoid placing them too close to your scalp.

7.Blend and Style:
Once all extensions are applied, use a hair comb to blend your natural hair with the extensions.
You can style your hair using heat tools like a flat iron or curling wand, but be cautious around the bonded areas to avoid weakening the adhesive.

8.Aftercare and Maintenance:
Avoid washing your hair for at least 48 hours after application to allow the adhesive to fully bond.
Use sulfate-free and extension-friendly shampoos and conditioners to prevent damage to the extensions and the bonds.
Gently detangle your hair, starting from the ends and working your way up, to avoid pulling on the extensions.

9.Removal (When Needed):
Keratin extensions can typically last for a few months before needing to be removed and re-applied.
To remove the extensions, a hairstylist will use a keratin bond remover to break down the adhesive, allowing the extensions to slide off without damaging your natural hair.
Due to the precision required and the potential for damage if not done properly, it’s highly recommended to seek the assistance of a professional hairstylist for both the application and removal of keratin hair extensions.

Taking care of keratin hair extensions involves specific steps and precautions to maintain quality and longevity. Here are some key guidelines we suggest to maintain your extensions:

1.Brushing:
Use a soft bristle brush or a special hair extension brush.
Brush gently, starting from the ends and working your way up to avoid pulling on the bonds.

2.Washing:
Wash your hair every 2 to 3 days rather than daily to avoid stressing the extensions.
Use sulfate-free and alcohol-free shampoos and conditioners, as harsh chemicals can weaken the keratin bonds.
Avoid applying conditioner directly on the bonds; focus more on the mid-lengths and ends of your hair.

3.Drying and Styling:
Gently towel-dry your hair by patting it, not rubbing.
Use a blow dryer on a cool or low heat setting, and avoid directing high heat onto the bonds.
When using styling tools like straighteners or curling irons, keep them away from the bonds to prevent melting or weakening.

4.Sleeping:
Sleep with your hair in a loose braid or ponytail to avoid tangling.
Use a silk or satin pillowcase to reduce friction on your hair while you sleep.

5.Swimming and Exercise:
Before swimming in chlorinated or salt water, wet your hair with clean water and apply a leave-in conditioner to protect it.
Wear a swimming cap or keep your hair tied up to minimize exposure to harmful elements.
After swimming, rinse your hair immediately with clean water.

6.Avoiding Certain Products:
Stay away from oils, serums, and other products containing sulfates or alcohol near the bonds.
Avoid using deep conditioning treatments near the bonds as they can cause the keratin to loosen.

7.Regular Maintenance:
Visit your hairstylist for regular maintenance checks to ensure the extensions are holding up well.
As your hair grows, the bonds will move further away from the scalp. Professional adjustments may be necessary.

8.Safe Removal:
When it’s time to remove your extensions, have them removed by a professional. Attempting to remove them yourself can damage your natural hair.

Remember, the longevity of keratin hair extensions largely depends on how well you take care of them. Always follow your stylist’s specific advice and recommendations, as different types of extensions may have unique care requirements.

  1. How long do you take to make it?

For orders that require production, the average production time varies depending on the type and quantity of the items. On average, it takes around 7-10 days for production.

  2. How do you ship to me?

"I will ship to you by DHL/UPS/FedEx/EMS. Besides, If you have your shipping agency, I will ship to your agency, then they will ship to you)"

  3. How long does it take to ship? When will i receive hair?

"After receiving your payment we will prepare the hair to ship. When it’s ready, I will ship it immediately and it can take 3 -5 days to ship. It takes about 2-4 days to ship to Euro, Russia, Australia, American and about 4-5 days ship to Africa."

  4. What does double drawn and super double mean?

Our double drawn range means thick and voluptuous hair from top to bottom. This is in contrast to the natural ends like our own hair has, which may be thinner towards the bottom.

  5. My Great hair is shedding. What should i do?

Some shedding is normal within the first couple wears, just like your own hair! But if you feel your hair are shedding excessively, please feel free to contact us.

  6. how do i track my package?

You will be emailed a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number to track the shipment of your package. In some circumstances, this tracking number is not a step by step tracking rather a delivery confirmation.

  7. How long will last hair?

The lifespan of Great Hair is anywhere from 6 - 12 months, depending on their usage and how they are cared for and maintained.

  8. Can hair be dyed?

"""Our extensions consist entirely of 100% human hair that has undergone a unique dyeing process. While our products are designed to accommodate color application, we highly recommend seeking the advice of a skilled and experienced colorist. It's important to note that dyeing could potentially impact the longevity of your Great Hair extensions and could result in damage if not executed correctly. We also strongly advise against attempting any form of lightening or using bleaching agents. For our Balayage or Ombre sets, we must emphasize that dyeing is not recommended. These particular sets have undergone multiple processing stages, which makes them less suitable for dye application. Due to their extensive processing history, these sets do not respond well to dyeing attempts."""

  9. HOW DO I WASH MY EXTENSIONS?

The best way to wash your extensions is by gathering all the hair strands together into one ponytail. Then run the ponytail under lukewarm water. Squirt a nickel size worth of shampoo into your palm and lather into hair. If needed, rinse and repeat until the shampoo begins to lather. Next, apply conditioner combing it through the hair using a wide tooth comb to distribute the product evenly and rinse again. Finally, we recommend letting your extensions air dry by using a hanger. The picture below will show you what your hair extensions should look like after they dry. We recommend the Daily Duo-Pure Care Shampoo & Conditioner for Human Hair by BeautiMark, and Cleansing Duo-Shampoo and Conditioner for Synthetic Hair by BeautiMark.

  10. WHEN SHOULD I WASH MY HAIR EXTENSIONS

We recommend washing your hair extensions every 6-8 wears using the appropriate product for synthetic or human hair. Extensions don’t accumulate oils the way our natural hair does so washing it more often than this can weather the fibers and damage your extensions.
