Refund Policy


To ensure a smooth process for returns or exchanges, please make sure to initiate contact within 7 days from the time of receiving the package, based on the courier’s receipt. In some cases, we might request that you provide a photo illustrating the issue you’re encountering.

Two Refund Processing Cases:

  1. Simple Maintenance: If the issue can be resolved through simple maintenance, we may be able to suggest a suitable product that can help address the matter.
  2. Complex Issues: Should the issue prove to be more complex, returning the product to us will be necessary before we can proceed. This step enables us to assess whether a refund or exchange can be facilitated.

Upon arrival at our warehouse, the package will undergo inspection to verify that the security seals remain intact. In the event that the seals have been tampered with, regrettably, we will be unable to process a refund or accept the return of an opened item.

Note on Refund Amount:

  1. Please note that refunds will only cover the purchase amount of the product. Shipping expenses and other charges, if any, will not be reimbursed.
  2. We cannot assume responsibility for damage or loss of items during transit back to us, as it is influenced by the carrier’s handling.

For returns, please ensure they are authorized to prevent any complications. We cannot be held liable for misplaced items, unauthorized returns, or shipments directed to an incorrect address. To safeguard your package, we recommend utilizing a shipping carrier that offers signature validation and/or insurance services.
