What is the difference between Virgin, Raw Donor, and Baby Thin Hair?
Virgin Hair comes from multiple donors and is the most popular. Raw Donor Hair comes from one donor and is straighter with less frizz. Baby Thin Hair is the finest and softest, sourced from children.
What finished products does Great Hair sell?
We supply Machine Weft (bundles), Closures, Frontals, and full Wigs in various sizes and densities.
What textures and colors are available?
Popular textures include Bone Straight, Straight, Curly, and Wavy. The most common color is 1B, followed by brown tones, ombre, and fashion colors.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Minimum order is 1 bundle or 1 product. We do not sell by the gram.
How can I get wholesale prices / a price list?
Contact us via WhatsApp or the website contact form for a customized quotation. Quotes are valid for 3–7 business days.
Do you offer volume discounts for larger orders?
Yes. As a factory-direct manufacturer, we provide highly competitive wholesale prices with better rates for bulk quantities.
What payment methods do you accept for wholesale orders?
We accept PayPal, bank transfer (TT), and other secure methods. 100% payment is required before shipment for stock orders.
Are shipping costs included in the wholesale price?
No. Shipping is charged separately (customer pays) unless otherwise agreed. Ready-stock international delivery is typically 3–7 days.

Who is responsible for shipping costs?
Shipping charges are usually not included in the product price and are paid by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
How long does delivery take for ready stock orders?
Ready stock orders are typically delivered within a few days after shipment, depending on the destination and shipping method.
When does the delivery timeline start for quality claims?
The 48-hour inspection period begins once the carrier’s system confirms successful delivery to the customer.
On which days does Great Hair process and ship orders?
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Vietnamese public holidays.
Does Great Hair support custom collections?
Yes. We offer OEM and private label services, allowing customers to create their own branded collections with custom specifications.
What can be customized in an OEM order?
Customers can customize hair type, length, density, texture, color, packaging, and labeling according to their requirements.
Is there a minimum order quantity for custom orders?
Yes. OEM and custom orders usually require a minimum order quantity. Please contact us for the current MOQ.
What is the payment term for OEM/custom orders?
A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–70%) is required to start production, with the balance paid before shipment.
Does Great Hair provide production updates for custom orders?
Yes. We provide real production proof, including QC photos and videos, so customers can monitor the process.
