Color
Texture
The professional hair extension industry has experienced significant growth in fashion-colored hair over the last decade. While natural shades such as black, brown, and blonde remain essential for everyday wear, bold colors like emerald green, burgundy, copper, and ash tones are increasingly requested by salons and retail buyers.
Clients today want unique, expressive looks without committing to permanent hair color. As a result, salons rely heavily on pre-colored human hair extensions that provide vibrant shades while maintaining professional quality.
However, many buyers face several challenges when sourcing colored hair wefts:
-
Inconsistent color results between batches
-
Poor hair quality after bleaching and dyeing
-
Excessive shedding or tangling
-
Thin ends that reduce styling results
-
Suppliers unable to deliver consistent wholesale quantities
For professional buyers, the solution lies in factory-produced Remy human hair wefts that are specifically processed for color durability while preserving hair strength and cuticle alignment.
Green straight weft hair has become particularly popular in creative salons, fashion styling, cosplay markets, and retail beauty stores looking to offer unique extension options.
Why You Choose Green Straight Weft Hair
Green straight weft hair offers a distinctive balance between bold fashion color and professional hair extension performance. Unlike synthetic colored hair, Remy human hair wefts provide natural movement, realistic shine, and flexible styling capability.
This product features a straight texture with a vibrant green tone that delivers strong visual impact while remaining smooth and manageable for professional styling.
The straight texture makes this weft especially practical for salons because it can easily be restyled into waves, curls, or layered cuts depending on the client’s desired look.
The weft construction is designed to remain tight, neat, and durable during installation. Genius weft structure allows stylists to cut the weft to custom sizes without unraveling, which is an important advantage for professional installation methods such as sew-ins, microlinks, or custom weft extensions.
In addition, the ends of the hair appear full and thick, which ensures a more natural and luxurious finish once installed.
Benefits of Choosing Green Straight Weft Hair
Professional buyers often prioritize consistency, styling flexibility, and durability when selecting colored hair extensions. Green straight weft hair offers several commercial advantages that support salon operations and retail resale.
One of the main benefits is the use of Remy human hair. Because the hair cuticles remain aligned, the hair maintains smoothness, natural shine, and improved resistance to tangling. This significantly improves the end-user experience compared with lower-grade processed hair.
Another key advantage is the density and thickness at the ends. Many colored extensions suffer from dry or thin tips due to aggressive bleaching. In contrast, thick and healthy ends create fuller hairstyles and reduce the number of bundles required for installation.
The straight texture also increases versatility. Stylists can easily curl or wave the hair for fashion looks while maintaining the ability to return to a sleek straight style.
The weft structure is designed to minimize shedding. A tight and neat construction ensures durability during installation and daily wear.
Additionally, colored weft hair extensions allow salons to offer creative color transformations without chemical processing on the client’s natural hair. This protects natural hair health while still delivering dramatic visual results.

Before You Begin:
- Ensure your hair is clean, dry, and free of any products.
- Have a mirror, a comfortable workspace, and all the necessary tools and materials ready.
- Sew-in extensions are often best applied by a professional hairstylist, but if you’re attempting it at home, proceed with caution.
Tools and Materials Needed:
- Weave-in hair extensions (wefts)
- Weaving thread (matched to your hair color)
- Weaving needle
- Hair clips or ties
- Sectioning clips
- Hair comb
- Scissors
- Hair bands or hair ties
Prep Your Hair:
- Brush your natural hair thoroughly to remove tangles and knots.
- Decide where you want to create the part for your weave-in extensions. It’s common to start with a horizontal part near the nape of your neck and work your way upwards.
Section Off Hair:
Use sectioning clips to separate a thin horizontal layer of your natural hair at the nape of your neck. This will be the first section to which you’ll attach the wefts.
Prepare the Weft:
- Measure the width of the sectioned-off hair and cut the weft to match that length.
- If the weft has multiple tracks, gently separate them along the stitching line.
Thread the Needle:
Thread the weaving needle with the weaving thread. The thread color should match your hair color for a natural blend.
Attach the Weft:
- Start from the back of the sectioned-off hair. Insert the weaving needle under the natural hair and then through the weft, creating a loop.
- Pass the needle and thread through the loop to secure the weft in place.
Sew Along the Weft:
Continue sewing along the weft, moving from one side to the other. Make sure the weft lies flat against your scalp. Be careful not to sew through your scalp or too tightly, as this can cause discomfort or damage.
Secure the Ends:
When you reach the end of the weft, sew the thread through the weft a few times to secure it. Cut off any excess weft if necessary.
Repeat the Process:
Release another section of your natural hair above the attached weft and secure it out of the way using hair clips or ties. Repeat steps 3 to 7 to attach more wefts, working your way upwards.
Blending and Styling:
- Once all wefts are attached, comb your natural hair and the extensions to blend them seamlessly.
- Style your hair using heat tools, but be cautious around the weft areas to avoid damaging the extensions or your natural hair.
Aftercare and Maintenance:
- Gently detangle your hair regularly, starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots.
- Use sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners to keep both your natural hair and the extensions in good condition.
- Avoid heavy or tight hairstyles that could put stress on the sewn-in wefts.
Removal:
Weave-in extensions should be removed by a professional hairstylist to avoid damaging your natural hair. They will carefully cut the threads and gently remove the wefts.
Due to the intricacies involved in sewing in the wefts and the potential for damage if not done correctly, it’s recommended to consult with a professional hairstylist for the application and removal of weave-in hair extensions.
- Gentle Cleaning:
- Pre and Post-Use Care: Use a wig brush to gently remove tangles and dirt before and after each use.
- Use Suitable Hair Care Products:
- Shampoo and Conditioner: Opt for a mild shampoo and conditioner to keep the wig soft and tangle-free.
- Storage When Not in Use:
- Proper Storage: Store the wig on a wig stand or wig hanger to maintain its shape and prevent tangling.
- Avoid Heat and Sunlight: Keep the wig away from high heat or direct sunlight to prevent damage to synthetic fibers.
- Handle with Care:
- Avoid Forceful Pulling: Be gentle when brushing to prevent damage.
- No Heat Styling: Refrain from using heat styling tools or chemical treatments, as these can melt or damage synthetic fibers.
- Regular Maintenance:
- Washing: Clean the wig periodically with lukewarm water, mild shampoo, and conditioner. Allow it to air dry or use a blow dryer on a low heat setting.
- Caution with Styling Products:
- Product Use: Apply styling products sparingly to avoid buildup and potential damage.
Following these guidelines will help you maintain your wig weft effectively, ensuring it stays in good condition and lasts longer.

Can hair be dyed?
"""Our extensions consist entirely of 100% human hair that has undergone a unique dyeing process. While our products are designed to accommodate color application, we highly recommend seeking the advice of a skilled and experienced colorist. It's important to note that dyeing could potentially impact the longevity of your Great Hair extensions and could result in damage if not executed correctly. We also strongly advise against attempting any form of lightening or using bleaching agents. For our Balayage or Ombre sets, we must emphasize that dyeing is not recommended. These particular sets have undergone multiple processing stages, which makes them less suitable for dye application. Due to their extensive processing history, these sets do not respond well to dyeing attempts."""
-
HOW DO I WASH MY EXTENSIONS?
The best way to wash your extensions is by gathering all the hair strands together into one ponytail. Then run the ponytail under lukewarm water. Squirt a nickel size worth of shampoo into your palm and lather into hair. If needed, rinse and repeat until the shampoo begins to lather. Next, apply conditioner combing it through the hair using a wide tooth comb to distribute the product evenly and rinse again. Finally, we recommend letting your extensions air dry by using a hanger. The picture below will show you what your hair extensions should look like after they dry. We recommend the Daily Duo-Pure Care Shampoo & Conditioner for Human Hair by BeautiMark, and Cleansing Duo-Shampoo and Conditioner for Synthetic Hair by BeautiMark.
-
WHEN SHOULD I WASH MY HAIR EXTENSIONS
We recommend washing your hair extensions every 6-8 wears using the appropriate product for synthetic or human hair. Extensions don’t accumulate oils the way our natural hair does so washing it more often than this can weather the fibers and damage your extensions.
