Payment & Pricing Policy

We state quotation rules, pricing scope, payment conditions, and fee responsibilities clearly
so customers can make informed decisions before confirming an order.

Quotation validity

A quotation or PI is valid for the period stated in the document.
Unless otherwise specified, quotations are valid for 3–7 business days by default.

What prices may exclude

Unless otherwise confirmed in writing by the Company, prices may exclude:

  • Shipping charges
  • Payment platform fees
  • Bank charges
  • Import duties
  • Destination-country taxes
  • Third-party charges

Accepted payment methods

Depending on the order and circumstances, the Company may accept one or more of the following:

  • PayPal
  • Bank Transfer / TT / Wire Transfer
  • Payoneer
  • Western Union
  • OnePay / online payment gateway
  • Stripe / credit card / debit card
  • Alibaba Trade Assurance
  • Other methods approved by the Company in writing

Payment confirmation rule

An order is considered successfully paid only when the Company confirms that the funds have actually
been received in the Company’s account or payment system.

A screenshot, transfer slip, or “payment sent” notification does not by itself mean the payment
has been successfully received.

Fees and payment shortfalls

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees arising from payment platforms, intermediary banks,
processing charges, currency conversion fees, withdrawal fees, or other deductions that reduce the net
amount received below the invoiced amount are borne by the Customer.

If the Company receives less than the amount due, the Customer must pay the shortfall before the order proceeds.

Payment terms by order type

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Stock orders: 100% before shipment or as separately agreed
  • Sample orders: 100% before preparation / shipment
  • Custom / production / OEM / private label orders: non-refundable deposit, typically 30%–70% before production, with the balance paid before shipment

Verification and fraud prevention

The Company reserves the right to hold an order for verification, request additional information,
or reject a transaction if risk signals, fraud indicators, or inconsistent information are detected.

  • Payer name differs from buyer name
  • Unusual shipping address
  • Payment from a high-risk country
  • Repeated failed payments
  • Unusually urgent shipping requests
  • Unclear business identity

Key non-refundable / non-payable points

  • Deposits for custom / production / OEM / private label orders are non-refundable
  • If the Company receives less than the invoiced amount, the Customer must pay the difference
  • Prices may not include shipping, bank fees, platform fees, import duties, destination taxes, or third-party costs unless confirmed otherwise in writing

Business Hours

Great Hair operates from Monday to Saturday.

We are closed on:

  • Sundays
  • Vietnamese public holidays

Order processing, payment confirmation, and shipment handling are completed during business hours only.
For urgent orders, customers are encouraged to place orders early to avoid delays.
