The average production time for orders varies depending on the type and quantity of the items. On average, it takes about 7-10 days to complete production.

We ship orders via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or EMS. If you have a preferred shipping agency, we can send your order to them, and they will handle the final delivery.

Once payment is received, we prepare your hair for shipment. Shipping typically takes 3-5 days. Delivery times are approximately 2-4 days to Europe, Russia, Australia, and America, and 4-5 days to Africa.

“Double drawn” hair is thick and voluminous from top to bottom, unlike natural hair that may be thinner at the ends. “Super double” refers to an even higher quality, with minimal tapering and fuller ends.

Some shedding is normal in the initial wears, similar to natural hair. If you experience excessive shedding, please contact us for assistance.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. This may provide delivery confirmation but may not always offer step-by-step tracking.

With proper care, Great Hair extensions can last between 6 to 12 months.

Our extensions are 100% human hair and can be dyed. However, we recommend consulting a professional colorist. Note that dyeing can affect the longevity of the extensions, and lightening or bleaching is not advised. Balayage or Ombre sets, which have undergone extensive processing, should not be dyed.

Gather the hair into a ponytail, rinse under lukewarm water, apply shampoo, lather, rinse, and repeat if necessary. Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide-tooth comb, and rinse again. Air-dry by hanging. We recommend using Daily Duo-Pure Care Shampoo & Conditioner by BeautiMark for human hair.

Wash extensions every 6-8 wears. Extensions do not accumulate oils like natural hair, so washing too frequently can damage them.
