Prerequisites:

  1. Products are unused.
  2. Products have been received by the customers no more than 2 days.
  3. Customers provide convincing reasons as well as reliable proof.
  4. Products are returned and received by our company.

Specific Terms:

1.Company Faults:

  • If products are faulted (badly damaged, incorrect textures, etc.) due to our company’s error, we are ready to accept the return and provide suitable compensations based on the severity of the specific case.

2.Customer Faults:

  • If products are faulted by the customers (damaged, lost, etc.), they will be fully responsible for the exchange and return process, including shipping fees, reproduction fees, etc. We will support our customers to resolve their mistakes if their requirements are reasonable.

Execution:

1.Exchange:

  • Customers will be provided with the same products they ordered before, free of charge.

2.Refund:

  • Customer’s payment will be refunded through PayPal or Bank accounts.
